We’re looking for a *Brand & Growth Marketing Manager* who can build a strong brand while driving measurable business growth.

This is a high-ownership role for a marketer who can seamlessly connect *Brand + Creative + Performance + GTM + Growth* — combining strong consumer and creative thinking with a sharp focus on *ROAS, CAC, conversions and revenue*.

*What You’ll Own*

* *Brand Strategy:* Own brand positioning, messaging, communication and consistency across touchpoints.
* *Integrated Campaigns:* Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social, content, influencers, partnerships and other relevant channels.
* *Performance Marketing:* Drive customer acquisition through Meta, Google and other paid channels, with transparent accountability for ROAS, CAC and conversions.
* *Go-to-Market:* Lead GTM strategy and execution for new products, categories and launches.
* *Growth:* Identify and unlock opportunities across the funnel — from awareness and acquisition to conversion and retention.
* *Creative Strategy:* Partner with creative/content teams and agencies to develop,



test and scale high-performing campaigns and creatives.
* *Analytics & ROI:* Track performance, optimize channel spends and translate data into actionable growth opportunities.
* *Budgets & Agencies:* Own marketing budgets and manage external creative, media and performance partners.

*What We’re Looking For*

✓ 5–8 years of experience across brand, growth, digital or integrated marketing
✓ Strong experience across *brand building + performance marketing*
✓ Hands-on understanding of *Meta Ads, Google Ads, ROAS, CAC and conversion funnels*
✓ Experience owning *GTM and product/category launches*
✓ Strong creative and consumer understanding with a commercial mindset
✓ Comfortable using data to make marketing and budget decisions
✓ Experience in *D2C, consumer brands, e-commerce, consumer tech, lifestyle or retail* preferred
