About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Objectways. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and candidate management. This role requires working in US EST shift timings,



primarily during night hours, to align with our US-based clients and hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets the company's quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of experience in US IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in US-based organizations. Candidates must have familiarity with US work authorization categories such as H-1B, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, Green Card, OPT, and CPT. Proficiency in using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals is essential.
