Role Description The Service Engineer role at AVTPL is a full-time,



on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Service Engineer will perform day-to-day field service activities, including installation, commissioning, inspection, and maintenance of utility systems such as compressed air, water, steam, fire lines, and related equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, executing repairs, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. The role involves regular site visits, documentation of service activities, coordination with the internal engineering team, and clear communication with clients to explain findings, recommendations, and preventive actions. The Service Engineer will also support continuous improvement, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to high customer satisfaction across multiple industry sectors.
