Role Description:

As a Principal Product Manager at Teertham, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key product lines across our spiritual services platform. You will work closely with founders, design, engineering, operations,



and marketing teams to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver user-centric features that enhance booking, consultations, and ritual management experiences. Day-to-day, you will conduct user and market research, translate insights into clear product requirements, manage end-to-end product lifecycle, and track performance using data-driven metrics. You will mentor product managers, improve product processes, and ensure alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility. This is a full-time remote role, offering flexibility while requiring solid ownership, collaboration, and strategic leadership.
