Role Description The Booking Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Indore. This role is responsible for handling daily booking requests, confirming schedules, and coordinating vehicle and load assignments with operations and drivers. The Booking Coordinator communicates with customers to understand requirements, provide rate information, and update them on booking status and delivery timelines. The role includes maintaining booking records,



updating internal systems, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. The Booking Coordinator also supports resolution of customer queries, follows up on pending bookings, and collaborates with the team to optimize routes and capacity utilization.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
