Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Noida. The Pharmacist will dispense medications accurately, review prescriptions for potential interactions or contraindications, and provide clear counseling to patients on proper use, dosage, and side effects. The role includes maintaining up-to-date patient records, overseeing inventory and storage conditions, and ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements. The Pharmacist will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, support medication therapy management,



and contribute to internal quality and safety initiatives. The role also involves participating in audits, implementing standard operating procedures, and supporting training and guidance for pharmacy support staff as needed.
Qualifications
Recognized degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or M.Pharm) and valid pharmacist registration/license as per local regulatory requirements.
Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and standard treatment guidelines.
Experience in community or hospital pharmacy settings, with a focus on safe dispensing and patient counseling.
Ability to interpret prescriptions accurately and communicate clearly with patients and healthcare professionals.
Familiarity with pharmacy management systems, inventory control, and documentation for regulatory compliance.
