FingerLime is looking for an experienced High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our sales team and help us grow our Demand Engine offer for online fitness and nutrition professionals.

This is not a cold-calling role.

You’ll primarily be speaking with qualified/inbound prospects who have already shown interest in our offer. Your job is to understand their business, identify their challenges, present the right solution, handle objections and close the deal.

High-Ticket Sales Closer – FingerLime Demand Engine

Our Demand Engine is a done-for-you growth system designed for online coaches
The system can include:
• Lead generation campaigns
• High-converting funnels
• Lead qualification
• CRM & automation
• Appointment booking systems
• Retargeting
• Conversion optimisation
• Ongoing campaign management

You will be selling the business outcome and complete system, not individual marketing services.

? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.



Conduct Sales Calls

* Take qualified sales calls with prospects.
* Understand their current business model, offer, lead flow and sales process.
* Identify their biggest growth bottlenecks.
* Determine whether FingerLime is the right fit.

2. Present & Close

* Present the Demand Engine clearly and confidently.
* Recommend the appropriate package based on the prospect’s needs.
* Handle objections around price, ROI, trust, timing and previous agency experiences.
* Close qualified prospects into paying clients.

3. Follow Up

* Follow up with prospects who don’t make an immediate decision.
* Maintain consistent communication until they make a explicit yes/no decision.
* Keep follow-ups organised inside the CRM.

4. Manage Your Pipeline

* Maintain accurate CRM records.
* Track opportunities and follow-up dates.
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Report weekly sales activity and performance.
