Job Description

We are hiring E-Relationship Associates for a Non-Voice Email & Chat Support process.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through email and chat, providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining good customer service standards.

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through Email & Chat.
Provide accurate and timely responses to customers.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain professional written communication.
Follow company processes and quality guidelines.




Achieve productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility

Any Graduate.
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply.
Good English communication and typing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willing to work in UK/US rotational shifts.
Comfortable with rotational week offs.
Willing to work from the office.
