Ecommerce Marketing Executive
About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Ecommerce Marketing Executive to help keep our ecommerce marketing projects running smoothly. You'll work across our digital, creative, and client-facing teams - coordinating projects, supporting content execution, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks as we scale.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who has excellent written English, strong organisational skills, and a genuine interest in ecommerce and digital marketing. You'll work closely with senior team members, gain exposure to multiple marketing channels, and gradually take on greater ownership of projects and client deliverables.
Responsibilties
Coordination & Operations
* Coordinate day-to-day workflows across digital, creative, and client-facing teams.
* Track project timelines, deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies using project management tools.
* Schedule and prepare for internal meetings, take meeting notes, distribute action items, and follow up on completion.
* Act as a point of contact for cross-functional requests and ensure tasks are routed to the right team members.
* Keep project trackers, content calendars, SOPs, and shared documentation organised and up to date.
* Flag potential delays or bottlenecks before they impact project delivery.
Content & Reporting
* Assist in planning and managing content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, email, etc.).
* Write, proofread, and quality-check marketing copy, captions, presentations, and creative assets.
* Repurpose existing content into different formats for various marketing channels.
* Conduct research for blogs, campaigns, AI search, social media, and marketing initiatives.
* Prepare qualified PowerPoint presentations, reports, and client documents.
* Coordinate with designers, developers, and video editors to keep deliverables on schedule.
