Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, supporting the Vice President Sales. The Assistant to Vice President Sales will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel and logistics. The role includes preparing sales reports and presentations, maintaining documentation, and handling correspondence with internal teams and external partners. The assistant will screen and route phone calls, support follow-ups with clients and stakeholders,



and help ensure that the Vice President Sales is informed and prepared for daily activities. Additional responsibilities may include organizing sales events, tracking key deadlines, and assisting with general office coordination related to sales operations.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage schedules, documentation, and office coordination.
Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance experience, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports for senior leadership.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interaction with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or equivalent), basic data handling, and report creation.
