? About the Role
Somewhere between a cold email and a signed MOU, there's a person making it happen, that's you. We're hiring a Partnerships Associate who can spot the right people to talk to, get them on a call, and turn that conversation into something real: a pilot, a campus event, a long-term collaboration. You'll own partnerships end-to-end — sourcing, pitching, closing, and executing — while also getting your hands dirty running the events and activations that bring those partnerships to life
on campus.




? Key Responsibilities
✦ Identify and prospect potential partners across startups, corporates, universities, and communities worth Quad AI's time
✦ Plan and execute on-ground events, workshops, and hackathons that bring partnerships to life
✦ Coordinate logistics, vendors, and internal teams to pull off flawless event-day execution
✦ Keep every deal and conversation organized and up to date in the CRM — nothing lives in your head or your inbox
✦ Chase follow-ups with the discipline of someone who actually wants the deal to close
? What We're Looking For
✦ 1–2 years in partnerships, B2B sales, business development, or event management
✦ Communication skills sharp enough to make a founder stop scrolling and reply
✦ The confidence to cold-message a CXO and the tact to not sound like a bot while doing it
✦ A project-management brain — juggling five conversations and two events without dropping a ball
