Role Description This is a full time, on-site Junior Lawyer role based in Ahmedabad. The Junior Lawyer will assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, particularly for hospitality-related matters. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing case notes and summaries, supporting senior lawyers in hearings and client meetings, and maintaining organized case files and documentation. The role also involves coordinating with clients and internal teams,



monitoring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and contributing to the preparation of opinions, notices, and reports.
Qualifications

Strong legal research and analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law.
Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, including contracts, notices, and correspondence.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university; enrollment with the Bar Council as an advocate is preferred.
Interest or prior exposure to hospitality or commercial law is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
