Role Description The Electrical Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ernakulam. The role involves supporting electrical design, installation, testing, and maintenance of systems and equipment across solar PV installations, LT panels, distribution boxes, and telecom power infrastructure.



Daily responsibilities include conducting site inspections, diagnosing electrical issues, coordinating with project teams and vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. The Electrical Specialist will prepare technical documentation, assist in material selection, provide technical guidance to field teams, and contribute to quality assurance throughout project execution. The role also includes collaborating with sales and project management to support solution design, cost estimates, and customer technical support.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in electricity principles and safe work practices around electrical systems.
Skills in electrical design and practical application of electrical engineering concepts.
Experience in electrical engineering for power generation and distribution environments.
