About the Role
MantraCare is looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various healthcare and corporate positions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Understand hiring requirements and source suitable candidates within timelines.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct regular recruitment calls and initial candidate screening.
Shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, communication, and job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.




Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
Coordinate with selected candidates for offer, documentation, and joining.
Handle salary discussions and negotiate within the approved hiring budget.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the CRM/system.
Work on multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize urgent requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Explore new sourcing methods to improve candidate quality and hiring turnaround time.
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; HR/Management background preferred.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
