About the Role: Rawmart Material Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Representative to drive B2B sales of TMT bars and structural steel products. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, generating inquiries, negotiating commercial terms, and achieving sales and revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the steel/construction material market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new B2B customers across construction, infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, and related industries.
Generate new leads through cold calling, references, market visits, networking, and digital channels.




Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, fabricators, infrastructure companies, project consultants, dealers, and institutional buyers.
Promote and sell TMT bars, structural steel, and other steel products.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product and commercial solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenue targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly follow up on inquiries and quotations.
Conduct market research to understand competitors, pricing, demand, and market trends.
Coordinate with Purchase, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for timely collections.
Maintain accurate customer, enquiry, quotation, and sales data in CRM/MIS.
