Company Description The Indian Pitch and Putt Association (IPPA) is the institutional body responsible for developing Pitch and Putt in India, creating structured pathways for participation, competition, and long-term growth. Pitch and Putt is a short-format version of golf played over 18 all-Par-3 holes, demanding precision, control, and thoughtful decision-making on every shot. IPPA connects players, clubs, courses, officials, and events to provide a more organized foundation for the sport across the country. The association focuses on making it easier for people to discover Pitch and Putt, play regularly, and progress within the game. IPPA is also expanding India’s presence in the international Pitch and Putt community, including through the India International Pitch and Putt Open 2026 and other long-term development initiatives.
Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading visual design efforts for INDIAN PITCH AND PUTT, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all touchpoints. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chandigarh,



India, and involves collaborating closely with leadership, marketing, events, and digital teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating brand assets, logos, event collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and print materials, as well as refining and maintaining brand guidelines. The role also includes developing visual concepts for campaigns, tournaments, and community initiatives, overseeing design quality from concept to final delivery, and coordinating with external vendors when needed. The Senior Graphic Designer will mentor junior designers, contribute to creative strategy, and ensure that all visuals consistently reflect the identity and values of INDIAN PITCH AND PUTT.
