Role Description The Injection Molding Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability of injection molding machines and related auxiliary equipment. This role includes planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and minimizing equipment downtime. The manager will coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities,



maintain spare parts inventory, and ensure that all machinery complies with safety and quality standards. Daily responsibilities also include leading and developing the maintenance team, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for plant efficiency and equipment performance.
Qualifications

Robust expertise in injection molding machinery maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Experience implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, root-cause analysis, and equipment reliability improvements.
Knowledge of industrial safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and best practices for safe plant operations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance documentation.
