Role Description The Engineer will work full time in a hybrid arrangement, primarily based in the Pune District, with some flexibility for work from home as business needs allow. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the design, development, and optimization of industrial furnaces and ovens,



preparing technical drawings and documentation, and assisting in selecting materials and components for thermal systems. The role involves coordinating with production and quality teams to ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment, as well as troubleshooting technical issues and recommending improvements for performance, safety, and energy efficiency. The Engineer will collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to meet project timelines, maintain compliance with relevant standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes. The position may also involve occasional visits to client sites for technical support and field assessments.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in mechanical or electrical engineering principles related to industrial equipment, thermal systems, and manufacturing processes.
