Role Description: CoinsLive is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Growth Expert who can go beyond simply posting content or running advertisements.
The ideal candidate should constantly explore creative and practical ways to reach the maximum number of relevant students, early professionals, colleges, communities, and potential partners. This person should be comfortable experimenting with current channels, analysing results, and improving campaigns quickly.
The role requires someone who takes ownership, brings new ideas without waiting for instructions, and uses AI tools to improve research, content creation,



outreach, automation, personalisation, and campaign analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to increase relevant reach, registrations, engagement, and conversions.
Identify new and unconventional channels to reach students and early professionals, especially in tier-2 and tier-3 colleges.
Plan and manage campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, WhatsApp, email, communities, and other relevant platforms.
Explore partnerships with colleges, student communities, campus ambassadors, influencers, mentors, and educational organisations.
Create and test campaign ideas, messaging, creatives, landing pages, and outreach methods.
Use AI tools to conduct research, generate and refine content, personalise communication, automate repetitive work, and analyse campaign performance.
