? Key Responsibilities:
✔ End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to closure)
✔ Candidate screening & interview coordination
✔ High-volume hiring & database management
✔ Candidate communication & follow-ups
✔ Support onboarding & HR operations

✅ Requirements:
• 0.6 months – 1 year experience in HR/Recruitment
• Strong communication skills (English)
• Comfortable with calling & coordination
• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, etc.)
• Based in Pune & available for in-person interview
