BUILD TEAM → BUILD PARTNERS → BUILD BUSINESS → DELIVER DISBURSALS
? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Recruit and build a strong loan sales team
✅ Develop and manage DSA / channel partner relationships
✅ Generate business across HL | LAP | PL | BL
✅ Drive monthly login, sanction & disbursal numbers
✅ Train, mentor and motivate team members
✅ Increase team productivity and conversion ratios
✅ Expand the local DSA / partner network
✅ Manage the complete sales pipeline
✅ Coordinate with Credit & Operations teams
✅ Identify new markets and business opportunities
✅ Take complete ownership of team performance and targets

? Have experience managing or building sales teams

? Have strong local market relationships
