Profile - Human Resource Intern
Location - Agra (On- site)

Roles & Responsibilities :-

● Act as the main point of contact for clients to understand client requirements and ensure alignment of their recruitment and workforce management expectations are met.
● Build strong relationships with external clients to maintain a high level of satisfaction and service delivery.
● Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
● Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
● Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and job requirements.
● Coordinate leadership development initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:-





● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role.
● In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
● Strong experience in recruitment, headhunting, and talent acquisition.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to build and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
● Strong organizational and leadership skills.
● Proficient in HR software and MS Office.
