Role Description The YouTube Strategist is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for developing and executing YouTube channel strategies for brand and creator clients, including content planning,



publishing calendars, and audience growth initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and audience research, optimizing video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for discoverability, and analyzing channel analytics to recommend data-driven improvements. The YouTube Strategist will collaborate closely with production, editing, design, and influencer teams to align creative concepts with platform best practices, manage playlists and channel layout, and coordinate campaign launches. The role also involves monitoring trends, experimenting with new content formats, and preparing performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
Strong skills in YouTube channel strategy, content planning, and audience growth, with practical experience managing or consulting on YouTube channels.
Proficiency in analytics and research, including use of YouTube Analytic
