Role Description The Area Sales Manager at Doodh Vriddhi will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, focusing on market development and revenue growth for dairy feed products. This is a full time, on-site role based in Meerut, involving regular visits to distributors, retailers, and dairy farms to promote products, build relationships, and close sales.



The role includes identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations and farmer meetings, and collaborating with veterinary and nutrition teams during field camps. The Area Sales Manager will monitor sales performance, manage channel partners, collect market feedback, and prepare periodic reports. The position also requires coordination with internal teams for supply planning, marketing activities, and resolving customer issues promptly.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills in FMCG, agri-inputs, or animal feed, with experience managing territories and achieving sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with farmers, distributors, retailers, and local influencers, with effective negotiation and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of dairy farming practices, cattle nutrition, and rural markets; prior experience in the dairy or livestock sector is an advantage.
