Role Description The Life Insurance Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for advising individuals and families on suitable life insurance products based on their financial goals and protection needs. In this role, the specialist conducts consultations, explains policy features and benefits in clear terms, prepares and presents proposals, and supports customers through the application and underwriting processes.



Daily activities include responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate customer records, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and claim support. The specialist also contributes to sales targets, participates in training sessions, and shares customer feedback to improve Mitra’s life insurance offerings and overall service quality.
Qualifications
Strong Insurance and Finance knowledge, with the ability to explain life insurance concepts, policy structures, and basic financial planning in simple language.
Proven Insurance Sales and Sales skills, including experience in prospecting, consultative selling, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, clarity, and building long-term relationships in a remote environment.
Comfort with digital tools and remote communication platforms, and ability to manage documentation and fol
