Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective students and parents, responding to inbound inquiries, and clearly explaining the academy’s programs, courses, and admission support services. The specialist will nurture leads, follow up consistently,



and convert inquiries into enrollments while maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes in CRM or internal systems. Daily activities include addressing questions, resolving basic concerns, coordinating with academic and admissions teams, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The role also includes sharing feedback from learners and parents to help improve offerings and participating in regular training sessions to stay updated on programs and sales techniques.
Qualifications
Solid Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students and parents over the phone.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns professionally.
Proven Sales skills with the ability to convert leads, meet targets, and promote educational programs effectively.
Training and coaching capabilities to guide prospective learners about courses, exam preparation, and admission processes.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM
