Role Description This is a full-time, on-site TeleCaller role based in Faridabad. The TeleCaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to provide information about company services, respond to inquiries, and follow up with potential and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call records, updating customer databases, and coordinating with the sales and operations teams to support lead generation and client engagement. The role also involves explaining project details clearly, resolving basic queries,



and escalating complex issues to relevant team members. The TeleCaller is expected to meet call targets, follow call scripts where required, and adhere to company communication standards.
Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with explicit and confident telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls, manage client queries, and provide accurate information about services.
Basic computer proficiency, including use of MS Office and data entry in CRM or call-tracking tools.
Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving ability for handling diverse customer interactions.
Organizational and time-management skills to manage call volumes, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support is an advantage, especially in construction or real estate.
Minimum educational qualification: high school dip
