Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager at Runnel is a part-time, remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that support clients’ growth objectives. Day-to-day activities include developing cross-channel marketing strategies, managing social media and paid campaigns, and coordinating demand generation initiatives focused on qualified lead acquisition.



The role involves monitoring campaign performance through web analytics tools, preparing transparent reporting dashboards, and making data-driven recommendations to improve conversion and pipeline quality. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with client teams and internal stakeholders to align messaging, refine target audiences, and ensure marketing operations and tracking are set up accurately. This position also contributes to continuous experimentation, A/B testing, and best-practice documentation to enhance overall digital marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
Strong digital strategy and execution skills, including Digital Marketing and general Marketing capabilities.
Proven experience in demand generation and pipeline growth through Lead Generation and performance-focused digital campaigns.
