Role Description The Ticketing Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Pune District. This role involves handling ticket sales and reservations for domestic and international travel, ensuring accurate booking details and timely confirmations. The Ticketing Executive will interact directly with customers, respond to inquiries, suggest suitable travel options, and provide clear information on fares, schedules, and policies. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with airlines and other travel partners, managing booking changes or cancellations, resolving customer concerns,



and maintaining up-to-date records in ticketing and reservation systems. The role also contributes to meeting sales targets by promoting TripCiti packages and services in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Ticket Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet targets and promote travel packages effectively.
