The Role
We need a one-person content engine — someone who plans, shoots, edits, writes, and publishes without waiting on designers or agencies, and who treats algorithm changes as a daily input, not a quarterly surprise. You'll own Ariedge's brand voice and, where needed, founder/personal branding too.
Core Skills We're Hiring For
Content creation (hands-on): Can shoot, edit, and write reels/shorts/carousels solo — portfolio required, not just a strategy deck
Algorithm fluency: Actively tracks Instagram/LinkedIn/YouTube/X changes and adapts format/posting strategy proactively
Data-driven optimization: Reads analytics dashboards and turns numbers into next actions — not just reporting them
Brand storytelling:



Translates "AI agents + digital transformation" into content people actually engage with
Paid social execution: Can run and optimize boosted/paid campaigns for lead gen, not just organic posts
Ownership mindset: Manages calendar, community replies, and cross-team alignment (marketing/sales/product) independently
Requirements
2–4+ years managing brand social accounts (agency or in-house)
Solid self-shot/edited content portfolio
Tools: Canva, Premiere/DaVinci or CapCut, social scheduling tools
B2B/tech/SaaS/AI marketing experience is a strong plus
Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications/Business or equivalent experience
Compensation
Fixed base + performance bonus tied to follower growth, engagement rate, and lead generation.
Success Looks Like
Content ships consistently without hand-holding, engagement/leads trend up quarter over quarter, and Ariedge reads as current and credible in the AI/agent
