Position: Automation Solution - Sales.
Exp: 05 - 09 Years
Location: Kolkata
Objective: -
This position is responsible for driving revenue growth from the assigned customer base & east region.
Expected to manage the customers with healthy relationship, should have good product knowledge and customer's application understanding in Automation Industry.
Responsible for complete sales cycle right from enquiry generation to payment collection.
Responsible for development of new accounts, cross selling and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibility: -
Identify & explore current business opportunities.

Potential mapping of customers.
Responsible for overall achievement of the defined Sales Target from the assigned customer base and consistent. YoY Growth.
Action plan to fulfil the budget ,Gap analysis. Ensure for optimum usage of Forecast Management to build up Funnel for the defined Sales.




Ensure overall and customer wise healthy order booking and pro-active actions.
Customer and Point of Sale mapping under RH and BDH guidance for new accounts.

Lead generation, qualification, follow ups & closure. Strategic business / Project management and Coordination with respective BU.

Required Criteria:
Engineering Graduate - Electronic / Instrumentation & Control/ Electricals/Automation

Teamwork skills
Strategic & Solution-oriented approach.
Persuasion, Negotiation and closing Skills.
Good communication and facilatation skills
Knowledge of Automation Industry with PLC/SCADA/Industry 4.0/IIOT
Industry verticle Water infrastructure/Energy/Factory Automation/Process Industry
