Role Description The Solar Sales Executive (PM-Surya Ghar Scheme) will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers eligible under the Surya Ghar solar scheme and related subsidy programs. Day-to-day activities include generating leads, conducting site visits in and around Jaipur, explaining technical and financial benefits of solar systems, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role involves coordinating with the engineering and installation teams,



managing customer documentation for subsidies, and tracking the sales pipeline through CRM or other reporting tools. The Solar Sales Executive will also handle post-sale follow-up to support smooth installation and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
Qualifications
Solid solar and technical sales capabilities, including understanding of rooftop PV systems, basic electrical concepts, and the Surya Ghar (PM) solar subsidy framework.
Proficiency in lead generation, customer relationship management, and negotiation, with the ability to explain complex information in clear, simple terms.
Solid communication and presentation skills in English and local languages, with the ability to conduct in-person meetings and site visits effectively.
Comfort using productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking software to manage leads, documentation, and reporting.
