Role Description The Senior Manager Sales Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Amravati. The role will have particular focus on KMCL's Duraflex Steel Fiber portfolio, including applications in tunnelling, shotcrete, precast concrete, industrial flooring and major infrastructure projects,



while progressively developing markets for Micro Steel Fibers and other new product categories introduced by KMCL.
This role is responsible for leading sales and business development activities, including identifying recent markets, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and driving revenue growth across domestic and international segments. The individual will develop and execute business plans, manage sales operations, track performance metrics, and coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and providing regular reports and forecasts to senior leadership. The role also involves mentoring the sales team, enhancing customer service standards, and representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
