Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven People Function Intern to support our People Function at the Mysuru Operations Plant. This role is designed for a fresher who wants to build a career in Human Resources while gaining practical exposure to People Management in a growing EV technology and manufacturing environment.
The internship offers an opportunity to learn, contribute, and develop hands-on HR experience in a dynamic workplace, with the potential for conversion to a permanent on-roll position based on performance and organizational requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
BBA, MBA or equivalent.
Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Genuine interest in building a career in People Function.
Enthusiastic, approachable, and self-driven personality.
Good coordination and people handling skills.
Basic problem-solving and analytical abilities.




Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling employee and organizational information.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt to a fast-paced work setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with talent connect activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Coordinate with candidates, employees, and hiring teams to ensure a smooth joining experience.
Support People Function initiatives at the Operations plant.
Interact regularly with employees and understand their concerns, feedback, and requirements.
Assist in organizing employee events, activities, training programs, and other people-related initiatives.
