Role Description The Leasing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Dadri,



focused on driving property leasing activities and delivering a high-quality client experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective tenants, conducting property tours, explaining features and benefits, and addressing questions to support informed leasing decisions. The role involves managing inquiries, maintaining accurate listings, preparing and reviewing lease documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and property owners to ensure smooth move-ins and renewals. The Leasing Executive will track leads, follow up consistently, support basic market research on rental trends, and contribute to promotional activities or events to increase occupancy.
