Role Description The English Trainer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Salem, with a mix of in office training at partner schools and some work-from-home responsibilities.



The role involves planning and delivering engaging English language sessions, demonstrating effective teaching methodologies aligned with Next Education’s curriculum and digital tools. The trainer will conduct workshops and demonstrations for teachers, provide classroom observations and feedback, and support schools in implementing Next Education English programs. Day-to-day activities include creating and adapting lesson materials, tracking learner progress, preparing training reports, and coordinating with academic and product teams to address classroom challenges. The role also requires conducting orientation programs, supporting professional development initiatives, and maintaining consistent communication with school leadership and educators.
