Role Description:

The Senior Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Panchkula. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, working on qualified leads, and building a sustainable sales pipeline for cosmetic manufacturing and private label services. The person in this position will conduct market research, develop and deliver client pitches, manage negotiations, and close deals with brand owners.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams on pricing and proposals, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. The executive will also track performance metrics, prepare business reports, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications :

Candidates should possess solid New Business Development skills, with a track record of converting prospects into long-term clients.
