Role Description This is a full time, on-site BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER/TELECALLER role based in India.



The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for Eudoxia’s research, education, and training programs, including outreach to prospective students, scholars, and partner institutions. Daily responsibilities include making outbound and inbound calls, explaining Eudoxia’s offerings, addressing inquiries, and guiding prospective participants through admission and enrollment processes. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions, following up systematically to convert prospects, and supporting promotional campaigns and events. Collaboration with academic and administrative teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure a high-quality, service-oriented experience for all stakeholders is an essential part of the position.
