Role Description The Inventory Manager at Navkar Home is a full-time, in office role based in Bikaner. This role is responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations, including monitoring stock levels, tracking material movements, and ensuring accurate records for raw materials. The Inventory Manager will coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to align inventory availability with order requirements and production schedules. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular stock audits,



analyzing inventory data, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions to minimize shortages and overstock. The role also involves optimizing storage layouts, maintaining safety and quality standards in the warehouse, and supporting customer service by ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inventory Control and Inventory Management skills, with experience maintaining accurate stock records and managing warehouse operations.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and support timely.
If the candidate has an experience on yarn stock management and knowledge of different type of yarn used for making carpets would be a PLUS.
Higher education is not required but should be minimum schooling cleared candidate.
