About Wenova Brands
Wenova Brands is a growing consumer brands company building and scaling high-potential brands in the nutrition and snacking space.
As we expand rapidly across digital commerce, we’re looking for a Quick Commerce Lead who can take complete ownership of our quick-commerce channel and turn it into a major growth engine for the business.

The Role
Quick Commerce is going to be a major growth engine for Wenova, and we’re looking for someone who can own it, build it and scale it.
You’ll take charge of our presence across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart & emerging Q-commerce platforms, turning the channel into a strong revenue and growth driver.

What You’ll Do
Own the Q-commerce channel, growth & profitability.
Manage listings, assortment, pricing, promotions & visibility.
Drive platform ads and growth campaigns.
Build strong relationships with platform/category teams.




Work with Supply Chain to ensure availability & inventory across dark stores.
Track performance, competitors and category trends to unlock growth.
Build and execute the Q-commerce growth strategy from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For
4–7 years of experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce.
Proven experience launching or scaling a consumer brand on Blinkit, Zepto or Instamart.
Solid understanding of Q-commerce platforms, ads, operations & growth levers.
Commercially sharp, data-driven and highly hands-on.
Someone who loves ownership, experimentation and moving fast.
