Role Description
The Business Development Executive will work on-site in Ahmedabad in a full-time capacity, focusing on driving growth for Rigzen and its startup clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through multiple channels, and presenting Rigzen’s services to prospective founders and partners.



The role involves maintaining relationships with existing accounts, understanding client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to create tailored solutions across legal, certification, funding, and compliance services. The Business Development Executive will prepare proposals, follow up on prospects, track pipeline activities, and contribute to revenue targets and strategic partnerships. Regular market research, participation in events, and clear documentation of client interactions will be essential parts of the work.
Qualifications
Robust skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
Solid understanding of Business and Account Management, including relationship building, client retention, and cross-selling services.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present complex services clearly a
