Role Description The Cook Service Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role involves coordinating and managing cook services booked through the UnoTasker platform, ensuring that customer requirements are clearly understood, communicated, and fulfilled. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with customers to capture their preferences, scheduling and supervising cooks,



handling service-related queries, and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. The Cook Service Executive will work closely with internal teams and service providers to optimize operations, uphold quality standards, and support continuous improvement in the cook services category.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers and service providers.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for explaining service details, handling concerns, and coordinating with internal teams.
