We are looking for a Senior Visa Consultant who can independently handle visa operations and take ownership of complex cases.

This role requires strong hands-on experience, practical decision-making, and the ability to manage both volume and accuracy without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Handle complex and high-value visa applications end-to-end.
Manage escalations, reapplications, and rejected cases
Guide clients on documentation and overall visa approach.
Coordinate with VFS, BLS, and embassy processes.
Support junior team members and ensure smooth workflows.
Maintain high levels of accuracy, compliance, and timelines.

Mandatory Requirements
4-5+ years of experience in visa processing.
Strong exposure to USA (Dropbox), UK, Schengen, Canada,



Australia / New Zealand.
Experience handling rejections and complex profiles.
Good understanding of both e-visas and stamped visa processes.
Ability to work independently and take ownership

Visa Exposure (Positive to Have)
Dubai, Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kenya and similar outbound destinations
