Role Overview





We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Sales skilled with proven team handling and P&L; ownership experience to join our growing Sales team. This role is central to driving revenue growth by converting inbound/outbound leads (parents of K12 students) into paying customers through consultative, needs-based selling, while building and managing high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in EdTech K12 sales, is comfortable with high-volume outreach, and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead engagement to counseling parents/students and closing enrollments for BrightCHAMPS programs.
● Own the P&L; for the assigned team/region/vertical — driving revenue, managing cost per acquisition, and ensuring profitable growth against budget.
● Conduct structured discovery calls with parents to understand
