Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ghaziabad. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their property requirements, and present suitable real estate options. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property visits, managing inquiries, following up with leads, and supporting clients through negotiations and closing.



The role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, collaborating with the internal team to ensure smooth transactions, and staying up to date on local market trends. The Sales Executive will also contribute to building long-term client relationships and promoting Kutumb Realtech’s values of trust and transparency.
Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful transactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Sound understanding of local real estate market trends, pricing, and property types in and around Ghaziabad.
Ability to conduct property visits, manage documentation, and support clients through the end-to-end sales process.
