Role Description The Insurance Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.



This role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their health and wellness needs and recommending suitable health insurance plans and related products. The specialist will conduct needs-based assessments, explain policy features and benefits in clear, accessible language, and support customers through the entire purchase and renewal cycle. Daily activities include managing leads, following up on inquiries, coordinating with insurance partners and internal teams, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales in company systems. The role also includes staying updated on insurance products, compliance requirements, and market trends to provide informed guidance and build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and Health Insurance, with the ability to match customer needs to appropriate coverage options.
Solid understanding of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes, including policy comparison, underwriting basics, and compliance requirements.
