The Kala Vault is an art leasing and curation platform helping businesses and individuals integrate curated artworks into their spaces through adaptable rental and subscription solutions.

The Role
We are looking for a Client Relationship Management Intern interested in art, client servicing, sales, and business development.

You will assist with client communication, meetings, follow-ups, artwork presentations, lead generation, onboarding, and relationship management across corporates, interior designers, hospitality businesses, and individual clients.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with client calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and assist with artwork recommendations.
Support lead generation and business development.
Maintain client/prospect databases and follow-up records.
Coordinate with clients, designers, artists, and internal teams.
Research potential clients, artists, and market opportunities.
Represent The Kala Vault professionally in client interactions.

What We're Looking For




Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Management, Fine Arts, Design, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in art, design, interiors, and business development.
Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
Prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Important: Internship & PPO Terms
This is a 3-month unpaid internship. There is no stipend or salary during the internship period.
The 3 months will serve as a performance review period. A PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) is not guaranteed and will be offered only to candidates who demonstrate strong performance and are suitable for a long-term role.
PPO consideration will be based on performance, communication, professionalism, ownership, consistency, client-handling ability, and contribution to business development, as well as the company's hiring requirements.
Candidates receiving a PPO will be offered a paid full-time position
