About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Platform Support Lead to join our dynamic team at Questhiring. This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations, support, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM support, technical management, and team leadership. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex CRM issues, overseeing platform configurations,



managing integrations, and ensuring the overall health and security of the CRM environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace, leading support teams, and contributing to strategic CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a solid understanding of CRM configuration, development, and support. Proficiency in Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Apps Portals/Pages is essential. Strong technical skills in C# / .NET, plugins, SSIS, and Azure Cloud are required. Experience with SQL Server, web services, API development, and cloud-based integrations is also necessary.
