Responsible for in-process and final inspection of sheet metal components as per customer drawings and specifications.
Inspect parts from processes such as Laser Cutting, Punching, Press Brake, Power Press, Welding, Machining and Powder Coating.
Perform dimensional and visual inspection using appropriate measuring instruments and gauges.
Identify, segregate and report OK/NG parts, defects, rework and rejection during production.
Maintain inspection reports and support NCR, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with Control Plan, Work Instructions, quality standards and customer requirements.
