Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Relationship Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating sales, handling property consultations, and driving revenue through effective customer engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.




Conduct property presentations, virtual meetings, and site visits.
Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to booking and post-sales coordination.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads using CRM systems.
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Negotiate pricing and close high-value deals professionally.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches.
Ensure excellent customer experience and long-term client engagement.
Mentor and guide junior relationship managers whenever required.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or relationship management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Solid knowledge of the Pune, Mumbai, or Dubai real esta
